Haven't had any big issues seeing well either. Playing with light and darkness is interesting (setting enemies on fire with the torch in lieu of a torch stand, curses are interesting, 3 weapons at once for various combos and interactivity, the list goes on).

I decided to get it, and it definitely offers its own ideas.

Is it difficult for people to see well with the dark lighting? Any colorblind players that can weigh in? I'm somewhat colorblind, so games that have really bright and neon colors and really dark lighting and colors schemes are difficult for me to play (I can't play Gonner at all, just the trailer confuses me haha). Is this worth it? Is the gameplay really similar to Hades? How much run variation does it offer in comparison to Hades and other roguelikes? It seems solid, but idk if it's worth it if it doesn't offer a new/fresh experience.Īlso, the atmosphere and lighting seems really dark. I have quite the library already, so I'm rather hesitant on purchasing another one (especially since it seems very similar to Hades). I'm a big roguelike/lite fan, I've played Gungeon, Dead Cells, Hades, Slay the Spire, Downwell (the list goes on).
